  Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room is adequate for the 2 nights we are here. It is located in a good spot, close to the old town.

  Great stay at this budget hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Location is very close to the Casco Viejo of Bilbao, just a short walk across one of the many bridges. Staff is very friendly. We stayed for six nights and had a great time. Everything in the room worked well. The room was warm and the hot water in the shower worked great (we stayed in December when it can get very cold). Will definitely repeat next time I am in Bilbao.
