  Had a great time here, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. The lounge area at the entrance is a great place to have a drink and chat with other guests.

  A wonderfully friendly Hostel. The rooms are very clean and functional. Really comfy beds and great facilities. Above everything else the staff are so warm and welcoming. The Hostel is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Bilbao has to offer. The warm and relaxed environment and approach complements the overall feel of the city. Although I was there with a group of friends I would be very happy to return with my family to this top Hostel.

  Comfortable beds, lovely staff, amazing location, good and cheap beer, and the fact that they had a guitar in the living room really improved the experience. One of the best hostels I've visited.

  Really nice place. Everything was great. Just an only thing was annoying. It was the noise outside the building. But it's an old city center with a lot of bars and restaurants. So it's obvious.
