  El servicio es impecable, todo el personal es muy atento y te hacen sentir mi agusto. Hago enfasis en la gente del bar de la entrada y del restaurante de primera planta, son muy profesionales y cercanos. En cuanto a las habitaciones son espaciosas, comodas, modernas y muy bien equipadas.

  I had a great stay here while visiting Bilbao on vacation. It's located close to many attractions including the Guggenheim which I highly recommend visiting while in town. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and I would stay here again the next time I visit Bilbao which is hopefully is soon.

  Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location couldn’t be better, the rooms were super nice and comfortable, the food from the restaurant was very good, the breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and the bartender who runs the bar makes some of the best cocktails you’ll ever have in you’re life — he made the trip very memorable for us. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future.

  The hotel was very nice. It was walkable to most locations, and there is a metro station a few blocks away. The room was high quality.

  It is nice to see how much they care about every detail at this hotel. We really felt like we were at home!
