  There is no 24hr reception service! Rooms are pathetic and very small .. feels like we are sharing bed with the other guy!! Would rate it negative if there was a option. Worst hostel ever !!

  We had a great stay in Moon Hostel Bio in Bilbao. Very good location, clean rooms and very nice host. Great value for money.

  Rooms not so big and no fresh air enough. But price is doable.

  But staying there (in 07-2014) was for me anyway best thing ever.. met there my later becoming girlfriend and future wife :-)

  I don't even know where the ''bio'' comes from. The entire hostel was overheated, and lights tended to be on all the time. The atmosphere was not especially nice, there is almost no decoration. I did fell safe though and the location is good, at a walking distance to Guggenheim museum. It's ok. Only reason why I would stay there is the price though.
