  Incredible, albeit expensive (€€€€), meal. There are several dining options that vary be course number and price. A very compelling mixture of local flavors and traditions and new techniques. Great views in the current location, but they are moving soon (exact date TBD), so be sure to confirm before going. Reservations strongly encouraged. Extensive wine list.

  The only dilemma is to find the place, you need to go through an alley, take a life to the third floor, it's not very obvious.

  First thing to note, most of the dishes were foam or creamed to death with not so impressive results. Also, too much focus on fish, overpowering and not so fresh smelling fish. The lamb rolls were just rolls of lamb fat, no meat to be seen. The white chocolate blocks, they looked good but they tasted of cheap tasteless white chocolate, one you'd throw away if you bought it from a supermarket, nowhere near the quality expected from this grade of an establishment.

  An odd setting but a sumptuous interior. For dinner: The staff were professional and knowledgable and always attentive. The food was delicious but the main course would have been enhanced with more variety of flavours. For lunch: we had the Tasting Menu - a wonderful and delicious variety of flavours. It was playful!
